PELLETED STRAW TRANSPORT SYSTEM

Our chain and disc conveyor system is also effectively used for distributing pelleted straw in animal stalls.
The system draws pelleted straw from a silo or hopper and delivers it to the animal stalls.
Typically, small piles of pelleted straw are created every 2-3 stalls.
Once the automatic discharge cycle is complete, a barn operator only needs to distribute the straw evenly within the stalls.
The advantages of the system include:
- Reduced workload for barn operators
- Lower stress for animals due to less human presence in the barn
- Fresher and drier bedding, improving overall hygiene
- Less dust generation compared to other distribution systems
- Reduced straw waste
